Acceptance
By using Coldpilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
Access and Usage
You must:
Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate account information
Not use Coldpilot for spam, phishing, or illegal outreach
Subscription & Billing
Coldpilot is a paid service. Plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing until cancellation.
You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial periods unless otherwise stated.
Email Compliance
You are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR) when using Coldpilot to send email campaigns.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from:
Email deliverability or spam issues
Third-party service outages
Misuse of the platform
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect misuse, abuse, or violations of our policies.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. We’ll notify you via email or in-app if changes are significant.
